I love kick boxing and body building and bought the Kickboxing Dvds from the stores to practice the steps fro self defense. The instructor in the Kickboxing Dvds did illustrate various moves with the help of an assistant and the most attractive feature of all the moves practiced is by bringing down an opponent using the thumb. The instructor earlier did get beating from the assistant and was waiting for the right moment to get hold of the thumb of the opponent and just a little twist in the thumb, the assistant fell to the ground and the instructor was no top of the assistant to give massive blows to the face. The same move was illustrated in the Kickboxing Dvds where in the opponent is attacking from behind and catches the instructor's shoulder with his hand and the instructor quickly grasps the thumb of the assistant and makes him to fall down. The Kickboxing Dvds showed various kicks and the various exercise and warm ups needed to practice the kicks. The fighting using the joints was also clarified in the Kickboxing Dvds. As a kid, I was a great fan of martial arts and now the Kickboxing Dvds of Tony Jaa without any duplicate stunts and all original work is something thrilling to watch. In one of the movies, Tony Jaa comes from a village in search of a Buddha statue stolen from the village and enters in to a Kick boxing competition accidentally and wins the top most wrestler in just a shot and gets the money for it but the management of the wrestling matches do not allow him to go and Tony Jaa has to face very hard opponents in the Kick boxing matches and wins them all and finds the person who has stolen the Buddha statue and enters into final Kick boxing match to retrieve the statue and wins the match and defeats the villain to claim the Buddha statue. The Kickboxing Dvds of this movie was sold in large numbers and this was the movie that made Tony Jaa famous all over the world. I have a good collection of Kickboxing Dvds in my CD rack and used to practice the moves as instructed in the Kickboxing Dvds and exercise daily to keep my body fit and ready for any fight. The Kickboxing Dvds are available at affordable costs in most of the CD retail outlets.
